Rock 'n Roll Ghost S9 E05 - Actor Michael Rispoli (The Offer, The Sopranos)

Welcome back to the Rock 'n Roll Ghost Podcast. On this week's episode, the Ghost speaks with actor Michael Rispoli (The Sopranos) about his new role in Paramount Plus' series, The Offer, about the making of the historic gangster film The Godfather. In the film, Rispoli plays real life crime boss Tommy Lucchese, who was central to the film's producer Albert S. Ruddy's needs to film in New York City. Rispoli discusses his role in the series, but digs deeper when discussion hits on his time on The Sopranos, including his nearly being cast in the role of Tony Soprano and his friendship with James Gandolfini (who, of course, was Tony) that predated the series.
